General contractor JE Dunn Northwest filed a lien against Mosler Lofts last month, claiming that developer Belltown Development Partners owed $6.7 million for the project, at 2720 Third Ave. Belltown Development Partners — the corporation developer the Schuster Group formed for Mosler Lofts — responded with a lawsuit accusing JE Dunn of breach of contract for substantial and costly delays.
